Northtech Drilling Ltd. is a Yellowknife-based, family-owned drilling contractor with roots in the drilling industry stretching back generations.
Our Story
Experience built over generations.
Northtech Drilling was established in 2006 and provides diamond drilling and related services throughout northern Canada and other regions of the country. The Cochrane family’s drilling experience reaches back to 1949, creating a deep base of practical knowledge in exploration and remote field work.
Northtech reports more than 150,000 metres drilled since its inception, including more than 100,000 metres of diamond exploration drilling. The company’s field crews bring more than 100 years of combined drilling experience.
